The elevation has a prism massing design with modern curtain wall to contribute a unique impression within its surroundings. Parking spaces are available at the ground level and at 2 basement levels with 167 total available parking spaces. 

The core provides 3 passenger panoramic elevators and 1 service elevator. 2 escape staircases and all services are contained within the core. 

The elevation consists of curtain wall and aluminum cladding system with triangular shaped pattern skin which envelopes the facade. A moderate lobby with double height ceiling space provides a sense of welcoming in a sophisticated fashion
