QIIC Office Building

Dara is honored to announce that they are the winning architectural firm for this design competition, and are excited to deliver the project at the highest quality. The project is a modern office building in the heart of Lusail's corporate area (Energy City) .

 

The project facade is designed in a curvilinear fluid manner, that undulates across all elevations, to evoke a sense of continuity. The project is inspired from the waves of the sea that is proximate to the site, creating an innovate facade system.

The ground floor of the office building is utilized for commercial and retail purposes.
